Residential projects referenced are not owned, developed, or sold by Accor SA or its affiliates (“Accor”). The projects are independently developed, marketed and sold by third party development partners (“Developer”) under a specific agreement with Accor relating to the use of the brand (the “Agreement”).

Developers are not agents of Accor and have no authority to agree or make representations on behalf of Accor. Under certain circumstances, the Agreement may be terminated or revoked according to its terms in which case neither the individual residences nor any part of the project will be identified as an Accor branded project or have any rights to use the Accor brands or trademarks.
